Dr Tiab is relocating his office

As of November 1st, 2022, Dr. Tiab office will be relocated to Palermo Professional Centre at 2525 old Bronte Rd, unit # 370, Oakville, ON, L6M 4J2.

 

This relocation of Dr Tiab office is meant to better serving you in a more spacious nearby professional medical building where many other ancillary services are available in one place including lab, X ray, Ultrasound, and many other needed services.


 

As of the workflow, there will be no change including working hours, staff, phone numbers, e-mail contact as well as scheduled visits will remain as booked. Electronic Medical Records will be kept and moved with the office without any change.
